REG: New Connection

Dear Sir,

I am Srinivas. I had applied for new internet connection home plan of Rs 400/-PM, 256kbps on 17/12 (Friday).

Their executive came to me and taken cheque (Rs 2300/-) on the favor of BEAM TELECOM PVT. LTD. and it was with-drawn also. But till date I didn’t get connection and even cabling too.

I checked and discussed with their customer care executive and they are informing that I will get connection in 24 or 48 hrs every time.

They cheating the customers like this. Please take action on them.
