Dear Sir
I speak on behalf of Behala College, affiliated to Calcutta University. The college was established in 1963 and was accredited at B level by National Assesment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Govt. of India.
Your sales executive, Sri Arup Dutta, visited our college possibly in the month of June, regarding a new broadband internet connection at the College.
After discussion we decided to settle for a single connection under the Scheme:
549/WCC 1549
as a test case and planned to have several connections in at least 10 departments subsequently.
We paid an amount of Rs. 1049/- by a Cheque No. 161357, dt. 11.07. on Allahabad Bank, Parnashree Pally, Behala Kolkata 70060 for the connection.
Shortly afterwards, a person of very ill temper visited our College to make possibly some routine checks about the College (or who knows what...). His rude, insensitive, impolite and unprofessional behaviour compelled the undersigned to ask him to leave his chamber immediately. He left and we haven't heard from the Company ever since.
Consequently, we haven't been able to avail of the net connection yet although more than two months elapsed since we maid the payment.
Under such circumstance I lodge this complaint expecting an early response and action from your end.
Dr. S.K.Sur
Principal
Behala College.
