E payment not activated

Dear Sirs,

I have applied for internet banking and have logged in and changed my login password and txn password yesterday. But when I tried to make e-payment of advance tax today I got a message saying user not enabled for bill payment/presentation.

Pls activate immediately as I have to make advance tax payment tomorrow morning.
