Sir,

This is further to our 4 th telephonic enquiry and second mail reminder for getting cylinder which was booked on n10 Janwith Mahalakshmi Agencies, Indrinagar. Last Saturday onwards Mahalaksmi agencies telling that cylinder would be given next working day. Even on Republic day cylinders were supplied in the Thippasandra Areas whereas I have not recived the same. We would like to file a consumer case before the Hon. Consumer Court in this behalf. Kindly look into the matter.
