Im using Broadband connection of Airtel for the past 4 months. Intially i had lot of connections regarding disconnection. But now its okay but speed of the connection is still slow.
The real problem is " The have charged for a landline connection which im not atall using ". I have done everything promptly from my side by giving a mail regarding the bill immedieatly after receiving the bill. At that time they said this will be sorted in a stipulated time frame & the time frame was also given. But no one contacted either by mail or by contacting me by phone. Even i asked them to provide the telephone numbers to whom the calls were made. Now when i gave a mail as the delayed charges comming into play, they reply stating that they have sorted the issue.
Im really fedup writing to them & i have all kinds of proof regarding my writings to Airtel.
