I held a Airtel Broadband connection for nearly 2 months and when in the month of July I got transferred to Mumbai from Pune has requested Aitel Customer Service to cancellation of my connection on No is 020 41307051. It has been 8 months now they have still not processed my request and are still billing me for all this period and now recently started sending me legal notice.
I have must have sent at least 20 mail in this eight months including their so called Nodal Officer ID which is meant for resolving serious problems and complaints. To my surprise no one has bothered to even call me once or reply back.
I now feel that how can such an well know brand can have a customer service and complaints department which is so pathetic in their response.
I need to teach this guys a lesson of not trying to take their customers for a ride.
