Sporadic connectivity/no redressal of complaints

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I (Nasim Akhter of 8/1C, Tanti Bagan Lane, Kolkata - 700014, West Bengal) have been using BSNL Broadband via BFone (phone # 033-22840873) for approximately a year now. I am under an unlimited plan for which I pay Rs. 750/- per month call charges taxes extra. The connectivity was good at the beginning when the connection was new. After around 3 to 4 months the connection was sporadic against which i made multiple complaints which although were redressed within 48 hours used to start over again. This time starting around first week of september, the connection again was extremely sporadic (would connect for around 15 min.or less and then would go off for 5-6 hours before getting connected again for 15 min.or less). On 16/09 I registered a complaint vide docket # C3841. The connection was not restored for more than a week. I made a complaint again vide docket # D7338.Still no action was taken in this regard as the status of my connection remains the same. I have suffered enough losses on account of unstable connections for prolonged periods of time.
