Dear Mr. Nigam,
After discussing with you i have to contact to Mr. Prakash and then finally he delivered me the bike after the services and he says that the problem is resolves and we have change the Cylinder kit with ring & Piston. But i am shock when i go for fourth services on running Km. 7500 and the mechanic told me that bike is observing the engine oil that means problem is still remain. and they don't have the parts so they only service the bike and not change the parts.
Kindly do the needful and reply to me on my personal mail id i.e. [email protected]

As per discuss by you, i have visit to autoneeds workshop on friday dated 16.01.2009 at 11:00 Am after submitting the bike i have recieved the call from autoneeds at 3:00 Pm and Mr. Prakash says that in the bike Piston kit is damaged and this is not available at the moment and you have to collect your bike today because part is availabe on wednesday. then i say that i can wait till wednesday. Now today is wednesday, but i don't have received any calls from autoneeds.
Kindly short out the problem as soon as possible other wise i have the only single way to go to consumer court.

Sir/ Madam,
I have purchased a New Bike (Hunk) of your coumpany from delhi. My Bike Regn. No. is DL 7S BD 4230. after completed 500 Kms. my first service is done on your authorized service centre Bhawani motors, Sardhana (Meerut) and after that at the time of second service when i gone to the service centre at sardhana and he opened the bike for service and remove the old engine oil then i found that only maximum 100 gm waste engine oil is come out. then i told to your dealer then the mechanic check the bike and he says that Bike Piston is damage and he says that this is the defective piece and in 100 bikes one of the piece may be defected. Then I told to the mechanic to pack the bike and i purchsed the engine oil and put into the bike. and then i done my second service at Uppal motors at Noida and i told all complains to service incharges and he noted on the job card. at the time of delivery they told me that every problem whatever i told is resolved. but Last Saturday i.e. 03.01.09 i went to my home town noida to sardhana (Meerut) by bike and at the near about modinagar my bike making some sound then i go to the nearest mechanic and mechanic said to me that bike is heated and engine oil level is too low. that means bike is taking the engine oil and problem is same. then i asked to the mechanic and he says that may be bike rings & piston damaged.
Now, Kindly take the neccessary action and do the needful as soon as possible.
