Reliance... "The University of Fraud".

I have broadband connection from Reliance (Reliance USB BroadBand) for last 5-6 months I am not getting broadband services on this. I have registered several complaints with them, but every time getting same answer Engineers are working on this and it would be resolved ASAP. Finally I asked the definition of ASAP and got the answer is Aug. So I am paying for BroadBand but getting service of Hybrid (dont know what is hybrid tech in India, May be Jugad). Now best part if their online payment is also not working and for that their excuse is pay it on phone coz that may again take time. Don't know how much time they ll take, another 5-6 years. When I asked to register my complaint and provide me complaint no- then the answer is as this is known issue we will not register your complaint, it was funny moment for me. :)
