Connection Not Yet Completed

I had a Coplaient regarding New Internet Connection, Which i had applied in Last year by Customer Executive of Bharti Airtel. I had Copleted all the Legal formalities for Broadband Connection but except satisfaction, it has been passed one Year.

But i am not getting any satisfactory responce from their end.

My Recipt No is :721192 & SEF No-100839 by dated of 24/6/09.

Kindly give a proper solution for the same.
