My datacard number is 9394760176.I am not able to connect to reliance services for last 20 days and they are least bothered. I have called several to the customer care division but in vain. They rather then giving solution to the problem are giving lame excuses and they cant even understand the problem. I have to wait for 30-40 mins each time i call the customer care but all in vain. Their service is pathetic. They made me to go all the way to the Reliance webworld stating my RSN number is not updated but it was updated. I complained to the customercare via email and they contacted back AS i explained my problem to them they say that there is a network updation going on in Hyderabad. But at the same place another data card is able to connect to their service. And then i asked them if they are not able to provide the service for last 20 days in what way are they authorised to collect the bill from the customer. To that their reply was i should change to prepaid. I they are not able to provide services they cannot charge the customers as they like. After i confronted them about the payment collection they hung up on me. Is this the way they treat their customers. This is really pathetic on the part of such a esteemed organisation. They just can loot the people as they like.
