Internet Connection

Sir,

Company representative had collected fees for internet connection on 21/7. Till now there is no internet connection. i requested company to refund after waiting for about two moths since in mean while i took internet connection from other service provider. Company has still not refunded my money. I kindly request you to take strict action against such companies. Kindly do the needful.
