Didn't recieved any bill

Hi im Parminder singh from mohali, i get a new broad band connection of airtel on 30 sept and i have choosen the e bill option for billing but till now i haven't recieved any bill from company and at the time of connection they also told me that there is also a reebok wrist watch as a gift with this connection which i ll recieve soon but i haven't recieved it... If i didnt recieved any bill within 15 days then i m not going to pay the bill and company bill be resposible for that
