I was using a reliance data card in may due to the very bad service & slow internet connection of reliance modem, i launch a complain and with complete detail i stop the number on 15th or 16th june and received no bill thereafter.
Yesterday i received a call from tis hazari that reliance has filed for not payment of bill.
This activity of reliance was very abstruse. So i informed TRAI about reliance behavior after the customer blocked the number yet they generate bill and at the end claim for bill payment, this how they are generating revenue.
Reliance should be asked for this ail.
