Here are my issues with Reliance:
1. They sold me a 5GB, 3.1mbps plan 2 months ago. But the speed is not more than 26kbps. This is cheating.
2. I have been calling hundred times to them, but no sufficient help or actually no help to solve the problem. This is really bad customer service.
3. They called me and changed my plan to 10 GB. But they have no records of this now. What should I call this?
4. When I called again they tell me there are speed issues in my area and wont get fixed until 31 Aug. If they were aware of this, why did they sell the datacard in my area? This is purely cheating
5. Now I am requesting them to cancel my account with Reliance and they are telling me that my data card is not refundable. This is cheating to the limit. Their thing is sold which doesnt work and I am made to pay monthly bills for the services I am unable to use and now I am not getting refund.
I really need all my money back and want to get rid of reliance.
