Non-consideration / non-updation of online payment made

Had made successfully the online payment of the monthly internet bill to the service-provider through 'paytm.com/RelNetConnect-BillPayment' website. But, it is said that the payment made is not reflecting in their system; thereby not taken into account; although the order no. is generated, which is '36522105' (30.04.12, being the payment date). Also, it is shown in my account-statement; and even received a sms informing about the debit happened against the bill-payment made. So, the amount paid (i.e., Rs.1684/-) is still showing as 'amount due to be paid', thereby been added to the current bill. Moreover, for the same invalid reason, the service-provider is oftenly dis-connecting our internet usage-related services, thereby disturbing our office work; now & then; inturn creating lot of problems to us in discharging our duties in-time. Hence, kindly rectify the problem at the earliest & let us receive the confirmation-mail or corresponding acknowledgement from the service-provider about the payment received by them for the period of April.
