If you are a fresher then it may be a good news for you just pay 20, 000 to Blacksoft and get a job in Blacksoft without any interview and makes your life black. Yeah its true Blacksoft is a multi talented Multi National CMM level 3 or you can say CMM level 4 Fraud company in Indore. It is an MNC of 8 – 10 Employees. Don’t ever go to its website that is blackitsoft.com where they have mentioned their 4 offices in Nagpur, Mumbai, Hayden & Indore. Blacksoft is only at Indore and is not having any other branch or office. They also mentioned that they have more than 150 Employees but that is all fake, just to attract the customers. Oh if i say about the customers yeah all of them are really afraid of the company after they paid them.
How the company runs: A fact behind
The company is running only from the money they get from the trainees and the people who give them the draft of 20, 000 INR. Another way to earn from the college students, college students who needs certificate for training for their placements in MNC; they just paid them and get the certificate from them. There are only 1-2 developers and 1 web designers with which the company is making fraud all over the Indore. The SEO team in Blacksoft is bit large they comes in many shifts as they are lacking from systems and computers. They just have 5 -6 Computers overall with one old printer that never works. Salary at Blacksoft
The issues are not end yet not it have been started, the salary you gets in cash like labours as the company have not been registered so to save tax from govt they do not provide any salary slips or pay slip even you ask for it. The company is owned by two frauds people that are really worst in nature we have ever seen in our life. Many times it will happen you will not get your salary for 3 months 4 months etc. The salary dates are 20 to 25 of the next month. So if you are lucky and get your salary then you will get it 25 days late. Yeah the main thing about the company, if you ever want to leave the job then there is a notification period of 3 months lols, i have ever seen in any of the companies.
Do not submit your original mark sheets to Blacksoft:
Yeah that is a really a suggestion for the employees of Blacksoft please not to submit their original mark sheets to Blacksoft, they will take your original mark sheets and then they will play with you by torturing to you that you have to work here otherwise we will not return your mark sheets. They are fake in every manner in terms of salary, bond, work and presence in Indore.
Do not join Blacksoft
Now it is the time to introduce who we are, we are two X employees of Blacksoft who have got placed from the college campus in Blacksoft. We both have been passed out from Walchand Institute of Technology Solapur in 2010. It was July when we have got the joining in the company with the package of 1.44 Lakh P.A. But when it comes the first day of our salary we found it was all fraud and they told us that you will get only 6000 per month for the first 3 months. May be for all the fresher’s the day of their first salary becomes the happiest day of their life but for both of us it becomes the worst day of our life. I Pallavi Gangwal had left the Blacksoft after one month of my joining with loss of the 20, 000 of DD that they have taken on the first day of joining. I never point out my college for the fraud but I appeal to all the colleges please do not even make them enter in your campus.
Appeal to the concerns who ever can take action against the company?
We both Pallavi Gangwal & Atishay jain from Walchand Institute of Technology Solapur 2010 pass outs, wants to appeal to Indian or MP govt to please take some action against this fraud and fake company i.e Blacksoft in Dhenu Market Indore. If the company exists they will keep continuing the frauds with new peopleas we don’t want others to let it face what they have done with us. Be aware please not to join Blacksoft otherwise one day you will weep and get a jail of 1 year in Blacksoft.
