I placed an order in Indiatimes shopping on 20th Nov for 4 nos of book and a magazine subscription and paid the amount through net banking the same day. The reference no. of the order is 112711576 and put a request for a delivery before 30th NOv. Initially the order details were showing in their site as shipped with a bluedart reference code - when checked the bluedart site it said the product is delayed. After few days I got a mail from indiatimes saying that since the product is out of stock hence the order stands cancelled and the amount is refund - so far the amount has not come back to my bank (as they mentioned they will use the same mode to refund).
So far out of the 5 items 2 books has been deliever last week in seperate consignment and in no way I can track it. When I call their customer care they say it is a call center and they cannot tell me the details - when I send mail no one responds to the mail. Am stuck neither the money is been refunded nor they are responding to my mails.
