Sir, this is to inform you that BSNLhas given connection of Broad Band to our Dell Laptop through our Land Line BSNL telephone no.020/2430280 on 11/05 (Mr, Gurav, your rep haa made the fitments). On Saturday, the 14/05 the password was conveyed to me on my mobile no. 9423585030 and BB is activated on15/05. So far it was so good. But now, it has been observed that throughout the day and even in the night hours the speed of BB is very very less. It takes lot of time to connect internet and gets immediately snapped which is very frequent. The videos do not open/unfold evenafter 10 to 15 minutes. You will, Sir, appreciate that the considerable amount has been spent on this UL750 plan but the very purpose of sending e-mails, opening sites, unfolding videos is get defeated. In brief, the speed is very, very slow. In view of the postion explained in detail hererin, it is requested that thr matter may pl be looked in to personally and needful be done to rectify the defects as it is 3G now and speed is the must in these days of fast communication.
