I had raised a complaint about my broadband connection not working and I was provided a turn-aound time of 5hrs [complaint#46517112]. Aftr 4 and half hour of no response, no acknowledge either about the complaint I called to follow up about the status only to find the next representative not only rud but to be misleading with the technical jazz. I called back again exactly after 5hrs requesting to speak to a supervisor. The agent was rude to the core of it but to have the line being disconnected on my face.
