Extra Charge without Intimation

I, Sushant Pedamkar would like to inform you that I have received my MTNL bill for the landline number - 28301834

I see that apart from my Internet Plan rental, there is another 500/- added as Security Deposit, could you please explain the reason for adding that to my rental. Also, I was not informed about the same.
