My parents are seriously fed up from highly poor, unresponsive and ridiculous behavior of BSNL Haridwar. I am in USA and I use to talk on internet and out of 1year 6 month it is not working. Whenever My parents face any problem regarding our broadband they have to wait atleast 30-40 days for its repair and sometimes still unrepaired same as this time... Every time I have to call to my parents through my cell.
