I ordered an itemi i.e Dell Inspiron Mini 10inches laptop on 11th august through naaptol. I received the the laptop on 23rd august but I have got an wrong product. I contacted them today regarding the issue, and asked them to send the correct product as ordered by us. but the executive argued with us stating that its not their fault. And blamed us for this wrong delivery
Kindly look into the matter as early as possible and could get back to me with some help.
