No Broadband Service Available

I am a broadband service user of BSNL Kolkata. On 07-06, I booked a compliant for Error 678, but till today no care provided to me. I have called customer care 18004841600, customer care directed me to contact Divisional Engineers office: 033-24271010, from DE office I was asked to contact 24721010, from 24721010 I am asked to contact 24295992/3.

In spite of these calls, nothing has improved.

Please fix my broadband complaint no: F3138 dated 07-06
