firstly i would like to thank you for your help regarding my previous issue.it has been taken care of.
i now have another situation with my bsnl3g data card. initially my data card gave a pretty good download speed of around 215-250 kbps. But the speed gradually fell down to just 10-12 kbps maximum. Though I never changed my top-up plan, & so I expect it to work the same like it did before.
i tried contacting the BSNL customer care, but its never ever possible to reach its executives. I am a 100% unhappy customer of bsnl regarding its customer care.
