my name is Dinesh lingote, I had a airtel broad band connection with landline No. (040) 42627580. I use to do payment at Habsiguda, Hyderabad 500 007, opposite to CCMB. Airtel executive used to give me off-line receipt (Off-line receipt means there wont be receipt no on the receipt). He use to tell me that I will provide you receipt no on your mobile as SMS. He never provide me receipt no on my mobile as SMS. my all receipt were consider except last receipt which he provide me and not considered. Be alert of airtel. they are making me now to do repayment. Doing harassment saying "you do payment otherwise it will be put to legal action" In some case airtel is freind or enemy you decide.
