Even i agree pls take severe action against bsnl. they are taking proper actions for our complaints.
Every month i get problems with my connection, but it has become severe this month from 8th dec. my device when i try to connect often shows as device unavailble or disconnected. people in bsnl are not able to detect the prob and provide proper solution i hav gone to bsnl office twice in the mean time. yet no use my problem has not been solved. when i try to reach the customer care i always hear the same words " ur in queue pls wait".
i'm not able to connect to my webpages. pls help for u might know how frustrating when u pay such high tariff to be not able to get connected
