No action on complaint

I have purchased tata photan from tata true value shoppe, malhar complex, anand bazar, indore.exe mr.deepak say's your photon will activeted but after two day's i am on tour my photon was not workig, true value shoppe exe was say's first time... signature, 2nd time... you are defaulter... third time... your area is negetive... still he coudnt proove all things and customer care also not solve my problem... they are not calling me... i am asking the problem... the height of my passion..detail as follows... photon no.9201492888, my contact no.09303986215... see
