Closing of internet service before due date

I am a resident of Amritsar. I brought 3G data card and 3G sim on 20-feb. At that time there was a promotional sceme going on (Rs 4200 unlimited internet for six months). I made that recharge on my sim having number 91-9478029679.

I paid all the amount on the spot. It is shameful to say that your company is a cheat and does not give full credit to the customers. My plan has been closed since June 26 which was to be over on 20th july as per the scheme. Scheme was from 20 th Feb (from when i got Data Card) to 20 th July. My credit has also been crashed. I made a recharge of Rs 50 on my no 91-9478029679 and this credit was just finished in 30 minutes after I made recharge even i didnt make a call. Please look into the matter because my Rs 700 are at stake.

I went to Bsnl Office at Albert Road Amritsar but the officials there refuse to claim their words and speak harshly.

I m extremely disturbed by all this chaos. If I go to one office they say go to another one etc. No one is ready to take responsibility.
