I have taken the connection of Tikona but at the time of registration their sales person commited so many things but as i paid them advance rental for 6months he disappered not receiving my calls and i talked with his senior but he once or twice received my call and then he also stopped to receiving my calls.
I have used this connection for 20 days but from this 20 days it worked for only 2 days, so that i have cancelled that connection and they have accepted my request on 26th April.by their company law they take 30 days for refund but today it is more than 70 days but i have not received my refund and when i m calling their customer care all the executives give different answer like some one told that the cheque has been already dispatched, some one told that i am not eligible for refund some one told that my my complaint is in progress but yet i have not recieved my money back
it is the worst company i have experienced in my life.
they just know only 1 thing that how to cheat customers.
