3 month back i met a officer Mr brahmbhatt at BSNL office at race cource circle . i did inquire about BSNL 3g data card and its compatibility with apple laptop . he checked a broucher in side data card and confirmed me that its compatible with apple lap top through mac4 system . so i purchased same.
now since september i am facing issue and same is not compatible. Innumberable visit and written complains also been done . i have to use it from out side computer only and it has no use .i request them i they not able to refund the amount, they can give me landline broad band connection and my money can be compensated there.
but it seems that neither they have expertise to work nor any of them been sensitize with customer problem . request you to resolve the issue on top priority.
