BSNL 3G DATACARD
Very slow internet connectivity

I am using BSNL 3G datacard my number is 8986894470 .BSNL 3G claims the speed to be upto 3.2 mbps.

But the speed i get is hardly 10kbps to 30 kbps. I am fed up with BSNL's poor service. It is so expensive and in return it provide such a poor service.
