Broadband not working for 1 yea

Dear Sir

This is for 08025316555. I've been raising complaints every other day, following up with different numbers and line men and officials and have not received any help from BSNL. All you people are doing is collecting money on time for a broadband connection that doesn't work.

I've tried the 1500 number they give me numbers which don't work including area exchanges.

I call 1504, they don't answer the call inspite of being on hold from over 30 minutes and then they disconnect it. This has happened more than 50 times, I've still been patient but no use. On once call they ran a test and said link is down, they'll register a complaint and by evening it will be done. It's 4 months and no sign.

Tech support says line is not alright, line man says modem is not alright. I've bought a new modem and its the same story. The line man Krishnappa was given money on every instant but still no use, he just eats he money and doesn't do any work.

Can you please help or is my time and money wasted in writing this to you.
