Std Not ACTIVATING

Hi,

This one is being written with lot of anger, frustration that I got a new broadband and land-line connection. However, in-spite of my best efforts STD HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED. I really hope some action to be taken. I have followed the whole process as per the customer care representative, yet all endeavors gone in vain!!!
