Ill amount deducted was more

I was three to four times complaints at our local (gandhidham) a/c department of bsnl and also submitted my details sheet of bill mistaken of bsnl but some amount was adjusted but some amount is due but bsnl does not adjusted as proper bsnl old records so i request solve my problem and inform me its email for i will send direct email with my application at bsnl concern departments.
