Complete disconnection

Dear Sir,

I have taken Unlimited BSNL broadband connection (Telephone No: 080 - 25742235). Since last three months, I'm facing disconnection for 5 days/week citing the reason that cable cut because of road work & theft etc., And now last two weeks it is completely down but I'm getting the bill amount to Rs.850/- every month.

Kindly look into this matter so that BSNL to provide normal service & bills for the usage. Thank you.
