I raised a disconnection request on on 23-07 and confirmation of the same
has been received on 25-07. And it is informed that within 7 days it will be disconnected. I wrote the second mail (reminder) for disconnection on 04-08. I wrote the third mail (reminder) for disconnection on 08-08, and everytime they are sending "We regret the inconvenience caused to you" mail. I called up customer care multiple times; but no effect. Airtel is cheating its customer, because I have to pay the rental, till it finally got disconnected.

It is nearing a month after the disconnection request, I called up multiple times the customer care and this is the 4th reminder mail I am sending to you.
Everytime you are writing "regret for the inconvenience" mail but not taking any action. I doubt the service of airtel.
