This is Ansuman Panigrahi, A BSNL subscriber (BB & LL) bearing Phone N0 25226380.
I have got my new connection in the month of Sep 2010. From the day of connection my broadband service does not work properly for a single day. Upon logging a complain the issue was diagnosed to be link fault by the BSNL technician & I was promised that this will be rectified at the earliest. Unfortunately this never happened.
I have logged several complains with the BSNL customer care and the outcome as below
Complain Number==> Out come

0910/923 ==>closed by BSNL without even attending the problem
1010/218 ==> Problem Diagnosed as connection Link fault & Closed without rectifying.
1110/1378==>Ticket is closed by BSNL without attending the problem.
1210/1721==> Open Again to try my Luck
I had been to the local BSNL office several times to follow up the problem personally. But Every time I was given only promises without any outcome.
With this my dissatisfaction level has gone very high with this poor Customer services as I was charged Rs 750 taxes every month without the service. I’m looking forward to some kind of support from you to get the problem Fixed at the earliest.
