I have ordered a Stylish Chrono Watches Set of 3 through rediff shopping on 12th Nov. via order no. 6175665, i have received the order on 19th Nov.

When i open the package i found that the product is not same which i saw on internet and even the order i received is defective. Not even a single watch is working normal.

I complaint about this immediately to courier boy he said it is not there responsibility, then i informed to rediff shopping customer care they replied kindly contact to ojjas enterprizes, then i complaint to ojjas enterprises on the same day i.e 19th Nov. They are regularly just delaying the issue and they said they will change the product but they have not changed it up to now.

Now since last 7 days they are not replying to my mails also.

Kindly do so strict action against the ojjas enterprizes.

I am contacting to the following person regarding the complaint: This is the mail from rediff shop to me and i contact both the person but no proper response up to now.
