SIR,
I am a consumer of BSNL base phone as well as BSNL Broadband. I take this connection for study purpose. But often even this 3-4 days a week there is no link. We cant connect to internet. But at the end of the month I cleared all the bill as soon as possible. I do my duty on time and pay my bills why they unable to give us services. Even if I call the to the officer of BSNL but they do not take any calls. Why the do this. The get salary form our TAX.
So i beg to you please pay attention to this matter take hard against the concern authority step as soon as possible.
