I have using the bsnl Broadband since 3 years and i am facing the problem of the surfing speed daily. In some months the service was quite good but after that the service becomes very poor. Bsnl is giving a number of connections to the net cafes and slowing down the speed of the other connection which is in the homes. The surf speed is slowing down day by day and in the afternoon it raeches like we are using mobile internet. So please do necessary action against this.
