This is to inform you that i have received an extremely poor quality of Green apple mp3 player on cash on delivery scheme ordered on 22 Sep10 .My order no is 787023, shipped via AFL, AWB no 4252622109125600. The product (which is under 6 months of gaurantee period) has stopped working after 15 days of delivery. The above item also varies entirely with what has been projected in the company website. Complaint forwarded to company but no yeild. You are requested to instruct the company to refund the money (Rs 2099/-) to me at the earliest (No replacement of product please as it is very sustandard).
