I am Asish from Bhubaneswar, Orissa. It's 2yrs ago i have BSNL/EVDO plan of 2.4 mbps and on first time when i bought i had complained on bsnl office about the speeds but they told me that this is tower problem which is not on your area and will solve soon in next 4 month and after 4 month i asked about speed they told tower build finished workers are working on it and but still am getting so slow speed of 128-300 kbps but 2yrs ago yet not solved but as regular i paid every month for my plan Rs : 607 on slow speed, but now i have faced some billing problems because the plan Rs : 607 hiked to Rs : 707 without any information. I asked officers about it they told me that plan changed. I told him about the speed " why price hiked and why speeds are still same as like before? " but they nothing said. Please some one take any action about this how can they spoil to their old customers like this?
