I am a student using BSNL broadband connection. My plan name is 500C home plan where i get night 2 AM to 8 AM free downloads and monthly i can use 1.5GB. My main problem is the modem's ADSL link suddenly stops and i couldn't access the internet, Every time when i give a complaint a person visits to my home after 2 days to check the telephone lines, He simply switch off and on the modem and when he does't get to know the actual problem he blames that the connections are not proper and leaves. I am still not getting the actual problem. But, I have to rely on BSNL coz of the cost. The only broadband connection available in low rates. Its better if they improve the service and stop causing inconvenience to the customers.
