Billing after disconnection of airtel landline and broadband

1.I have requested for deactivation of my landline number 0124-4295129 in name of Vikram Singh on 27 Jan10 Airtel referance number 305579.

2.But calling on 22nd feb10 Airtel ref number 122129723 I came to know still request was in process and executive confirmed me that billing will be maximum would be till 04Feb10. For deactivation confirmation I got call on 19 Feb10 and I confirmed for dectivation.

3.I have paid Rs. 2445 (Dec09 to Feb10 bill) amount deducted through my credit card ECS. So again I called up to CC Airtel referance number 123712846 to check and I came to know that request was still under progress.

4.I went to customer care and gave a written confirmation to stop ECS payment from my credit card.

5.Today I received a SMS stating my landline bill for 13441315 is generated and the invoice amount is Rs. 752.

6.Can you please take me out of this maze?
