we have a complaint about bsnl broadband services we are using bsnl broadband for a long time but in last two months the billing is excessive we are using broadband for more than a year but never had such bills before we have a plan of home plan of RS500 but our bill in the month of dec wasRS2892 with the broadband rent and in the month of jan was RS 3301 with broadband service there was no calls from bsnl offce about exceess usage we hasd registered the complaint on bsnl site but we had no response from there side we had complaint on 22.1.2011 and on 29.1.2011 but there is no response from there side so we need your help to get justice and we are excepting from you to get the matter solved
