Too much delay in activation of BSNL Broadband Connection

Dear Sir:

I have cleared all the pending bills and advance payments concerning activation of my broadband connection through BSNL on first of this month i.e., (31/7), but even today I am not connected to the net and what I am most frustrated about is tomorrow is again Sunday. Though I have been given a user name and password, yet they have not be activated.

Do you think I should wait for more than 3 days just for activation of the account (I have already had the modem and phone installed).
