My name is Mohammed Basarath Farooqui. I am having a Phone line Connection with broadband connection (040-24443619) its been a year that i am having a connection but since 5 months i have been facing problems but the problem was not sooo big they solved then and there it self... but since 7th April i am not able to use internet at all the phone line is toooo noisy and the internet connects and get disconnects automatically so since then i have beeen giving complains on the nubere 040-24440500 which went in vain... then i started using 198 service to lodge complain but even thay are closing my docket the next day i have even spoken to mr. Mohan (SDOP) a lot of times but every time i had a reply "we will see to it".

I request the BSNL people to correct my problem or els withdraw my Connection by canceling my bill produced for the month April and May.
