No installation even after paying the amount 45 days ago

I have applied for BSNL broadband with new telephone connection. I applied it over internet through BSNL official site.

The day i registered I got call from BSNL regarding documents and i submitted it to the concern executive. He took Rs 600 as security deposit and told the connection will be installed with 5 days. 3 days later I got a SMS from BSNL mentioning my workorder number. Then after I waited for 1 week but didnt get any response from BSNL. Then after along struggle I managed to contact BSNL exec at brookefield office. He told me your order has been assigned to whitefield exchange and you have to go indiranagar office to get to redirected to brookefield office. I went to indiranagar office and then redirected the workorder to brookefield office. Since then I called brookefield exchange to know the status and they are saying it will be installed in 2 day. Now its 45 days and still no response from BSNL brookefield.

I suggest everyone never apply for any BSNL product else who might face problem mentioned above.

No authority is there to manage BSNL properly.
