Dear Sir,

I have landline broadband connection no-011-44444121, a/c id-15868805, complaint no-5378262,

I have complaint on 9 oct.11, Because my landline phone is dead and the broadband internet connection is not working from 4 days and i am suffering from loss because i am a business man.

And we are making machine tools.

Its service is such so bad, they are uncontrolable.

Please help, today is 12oct.11 till now, no response from airtel.
